Return Policy
1. Returns
We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed

Tags must still be attached

Items must be returned in their original packaging
Non-returnable items include:

Final sale or clearance items

Lingerie, swimwear, or bodysuits (for hygiene reasons)

Gift cards
2. How to Initiate a Return

We'll send you return instructions and a shipping label (if applicable).

Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
3. Exchanges
Need a different size or color? We offer free exchanges on eligible items.
To start an exchange, contact us at support@[yourwebsite].com with your order number and request. Exchanges are processed upon receipt of the original item.
4. Refunds
Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method. Please allow:

If you haven’t received your refund within 10 days of approval, please contact your bank first, then email us.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
We’re so sorry! Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order with photos of the issue, and we’ll resolve it promptly at no extra cost.
